Rachael Ray Hard Anodized Nonstick 10-Piece Cookware Set, Orange (Kitchen) I couldn’t have asked for a better set of pots and pans…I absolutely love them!!! They cook better, they clean better, they are more attractive….There is one thing however that I would change. There are rivets? (the way the handles are held on) on the inside of the pans. You really have to make sure that there is no food stuck around that rivet. It’s not like they are hard to clean, but sometimes you need a toothpick or a fingernail to really clean around those rivets. For me, that is the only ‘problem’ I have found with them, and that isn’t even a major problem. Combo expected!! |

Farberware Classic Stainless Steel 10-Piece Cookware Set (Kitchen) I love them.They’re the perfect weight – not so heavy that they are hard to work with , and not so light that they feel flimsy and the food burns.They heat evenly – so things cook at the same speed no matter where they are in the pan.A great size for 2 – I had 5 children, and these pans would have never been big enough to cook anything, but now that it’s just my husband and me, they’re great. Even if we have guests for dinner. I would not recommend them for a large family.Best of all, they have Farberware quality. Good looks and durability. The teflon coating on the frying pans is not going to peel and flake as long as they’re not abused, the lid from the stock pot fits the large frying pan, and the lid from one of the sauce pans fits the smaller frying pan.This is definitely the last set of pans I’ll be buying, I have no doubt they’re going to last a very long time. |

T-Fal Initiatives 10-Piece Nonstick Inside and Out (Kitchen) You really can’t go wrong with this set, I’ve had it for 4 years now and have roommates so these pots and pans are use d very heavily, I also always wash them in the dishwasher, even though I guess your not supposed to and they’ve held up very well, I expect to be using them for a long time to come, this set is a great deal for the money, it has everything you need for daily cooking of pretty much anything, the nonstick surface holds up really well after 4years of heavy usage, its a quality set that’s built to last, as long as you don’t cook with metal forks.

Cuisinart 66-17 Chef’s Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 17-Piece Cookware Set (Kitchen) I can’t understand the difference in these reviews, I’m not saying the people with ‘good pans’ are wrong, I’m sure they aren’t. I wonder if these are coming from two different manufacturers or something. Or if there is a bad lot out there or something. Because all the bad reviews mirror my experience with these pans, and the good ones bear no relation to what I bought. So if you buy these, beware and I have my fingers crossed for you that you get a set of the ‘good pans’ I apparently didn’t get.After talking to these jokers customer service I had to edit my review to the one star it so richly deserves. Because I had used one pan from this set once, I figured I’d see what their customer service had to say about the pan being a scratched up mess. Well, they wanted $7 to ship it (but also suggested I ship it insured) to them so they could review it, and decide if they’d stand behind their product. Also, this line was included in the canned email they sent: ‘if pan is’ damaged in any way it would not be covered under this warranty. ?!?!? Do they have a lot of people complaining about non-damaged pans or something? If you have a problem with these pans don’t bother contacting cusinart, they have your money and that’s about all they care about apparently. how shortsighted of them. I will probably need to buy pans again some day, quicker than I had planned too, since it looks like you can get about one use out of these pieces of junk before they are destroyed.Original review – For the price, I got what I paid for. They are non-stick and nice to look at. A lot of pieces. However, I made the mistake of using a wire wisk in the saucepan the first time I used these pans, it resulted in insane scratching the likes of which I would expect from a walmart special pan. Maybe even worse than what I would expect from a walmart pan. I only used a wire wisk because they are advertised as being metal utensil safe. Well, guess what . they ain’t. not even close . However, the amazon price is fair for this many pans that are otherwise as advertised. I am sure that you will save on your gas bill because now we are cooking on a lower temperature and my Wife also says the same thing and she just loves them, also the temperature is more even throughout. Cooks Standard Multi-Ply Clad Stainless -Steel 10-Piece Cookware Set (Kitchen) I was convinced that stainless steel was the only way to go other than the slow heating cast iron. I found a set in the mall that looks and feels almost identical to this set only it costs over $2000 after tax! Every set other than this one had a groups of 1 and 2 star reviews which kept me from purchasing for a while. I found this set and decided to trust the reviews. Everything is great! I have used every piece of this set over the past week and found that everything tastes noticeably better. We have barkeepers friend but so far I have just used regular dish soap and have had no issues. The aluminum interior works great. Everything heats up quickly and stays really hot. After cooking soup with our Teflon pans we usually leave the stove dial on 2 out of 10 and its just warm whereas with this set setting the same food to level 2 causes slight boiling! This is a good thing because you can save power/gas and get even hotter results. Already ordered the 5 quart saucepan. Classic bought |
